SC-1005 Ink Wash is an press wash and/or press wipe that is virtually odor free. This press wash can be used as an ink remover at the press and in the reclaiming area; reducing the need for higher cost and harsher screen cleaners. 

SC-1005 may be applied manually or recirculated through the Image Technology's Recirculation System's, or in an enclosed, automatic screen washing system, providing superior product life and economy.

This product can be re-circulated or applied manually using one of the following applications.

INK WASH-OUT AT THE SINK

Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply to ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Finally, rinse away all residue using high pressure water.

Dispose of in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations.

RECIRCULATING WASH

Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered through a manual or auto-advance filtration unit and reused.
